Refund and Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
* Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose your products carefully.
* Faulty or Damaged Products: If your product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair.
2. Time Frame
* You must notify us of any faulty or damaged products within 14 days of receipt.
* Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of notification for a refund or exchange to be processed.
3. Conditions of Return
* Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
* Proof of purchase must be provided with the returned items.
Return Process

2. Approval:
* Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions.
3. Returning the product:
* Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
* Include a copy of the proof of purchase
* Ship or drop off product to the provided return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
* Faulty or Damaged Products: We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged products.
* Other Reasons: You are responsible for return shipping costs if the product is returned for any reason other than being faulty or damaged.
5. Processing Refunds
* Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty or damaged:
* Opened or used first aid kits and supplies.
* Products with tampered or broken seals.
* Custom or personalised orders.
